1. How do you ship your orders?
U.S. orders of our beard care products are shipped 2-3 business days via USPS First Class after order has been placed. After products are shipped, delivery will be between 3-5 days. Shipment dates are from Monday - Wednesday. Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders.
Days generally mean "business days" which do not include weekends.
There are occasional exceptions where your order will arrive quicker or will be delayed longer than normal. This is when there are weather problems in your region or if a national holiday is celebrated during the shipping of your order.
Tracking updates DO NOT always match the package. Unfortunately, sometimes parcels are not scanned properly during transit and we do not have control over this. The good news is, when this occurs, the item will more than likely be delivered within a timely manner (even though the tracking system may be delayed).
2. Which Holidays does USPS not ship on?
In the U.S. USPS observes the following holidays:

3. What if my package has an incorrect address or is an undelivered package ?
If a package is returned as undelivered due to mistakes in shipping information provided, you, the customer, will be responsible for the additional shipping charges associated with re-shipping the package.
4. Where is my tracking number?
We send a tracking link email for every order that is placed, which happens automatically. Now if you didn't get our tracking email link it is likely this happened: Your email was sent to your spam or promotions folder.
Be sure to search your mail for "Your shipment order from Boma Beards is on the way" (that is the subject line of our email)
5. I'm Missing items, what now?
We know mistakes happen, our shipping department is only human, but in the event that you are missing something from your order, and the item isn't back-ordered, rest assured that we'll do whatever is necessary to make the situation right. Should this occur, feel free to reach out to us using the contact section of our website.
6. Postal Tracking shows delivered, but nothing is in my mailbox?
If you receive this notice but the package is not in your mailbox, in your apartment office, or on the doorstep:
Wait another business day because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally, and will arrive the following day.
Contact your local post office using the local office contact number and not the usps hotline (this can take a lot of time, and they only tell you what the tracking already says).
Ask them who delivered the parcel, and ask them details about that day's delivery. They are used to these types of questions, and can usually provide helpful information.
Finally, if the parcel does not show up, please call the local post office and file a claim. Boma Beards cannot reimburse orders that were misdelivered, no shows by the post office, or stolen from a property.
